Job Title: Town Planning Director

Location: Yorkshire (Hybrid working)

Salary: GBP85,000 – GBP95,000 DOE

The Role

We are seeking a Town Planning Director in Yorkshire to take the lead on growing and developing the town planning services in the region for a multi–disciplinary consultancy.

The Company

This company is a multi–disciplinary consultancy with a number of offices across the UK offering services such as town planning, landscape architecture, masterplanning, architecture, ecology and heritage to name a few!

The role will require

• Grow and development the planning function in the region
• Business development
• Take the lead role on projects
• Manage the team
• Produce reports and presentations
• Responsible for budgets and P&L
• Build strong relationships with all stakeholders
• Make strategic decisions on your own

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Chartered Town Planner
• Previous experience Director level
• People management experience
• Experience taking the lead on large scale projects
