Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Property Management team, overseeing the operational delivery of services across a diverse portfolio of properties
- Drive strategic direction, ensuring the delivery of best–in–class property management services and enhancing the company s reputation
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are consistently met and exceeded
- Oversee the management of key accounts, ensuring operational efficiency, cost–effectiveness, and high–quality service delivery
- Play a key role in business development and strategic growth initiatives across the Midlands
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the Property Management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, performance, and career progression

- MRICS or equivalent qualifications (desirable but not essential)
