- Financial Oversight: Managing budgets, profitability, and KPIs to achieve financial goals.
- Team Leadership: Leading and inspiring teams to consistently deliver top–tier cleaning services.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensuring all operations adhere to industry regulations and health and safety standards.
- Proven Experience: A strong background in the cleaning and FM industry, with expertise managing high–value portfolios (GBP8 million or similar).
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver exceptional service.
- Client–Focused Approach: A track record of building long–term client relationships.
- Financial Acumen: Experience managing budgets, driving efficiencies, and meeting profit targets.
