A Birmingham–based organisation is looking for a dynamic Head of HR Transformation Consultant to spearhead the HR transformation work–stream and take the business forward. This is a pivotal role that requires a strategic thinker, an inspirational leader and an experienced 'hard–hitter' with a proven track record in delivering successful HR transformation initiatives.
About the Role
As the Head of HR Transformation Consultant, you will:
- Lead and manage the HR transformation work–stream, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and strategic goals.
- Design and implement innovative HR strategies, processes, and frameworks that enhance employee engagement, organisational efficiency, and business performance.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross–functional teams to identify areas for improvement and deliver practical, forward–thinking solutions.
- Drive cultural change and foster a high–performing, inclusive workplace.
- Leverage international HR best practices and insights to position the business as a global leader in people management.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure successful outcomes.
Experience Required
- Extensive HR leadership experience, including leading large–scale transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, and best practices, particularly in complex and dynamic organisations.
- A track record of delivering measurable results in employee experience, operational efficiency, and talent strategy.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the business.
- Global or international experience, with an understanding of diverse workplace cultures and HR practices (highly desirable).
- A proactive, hands–on approach with exceptional problem–solving and project management skills.
- CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent) and/or relevant consultancy experience.
