Project manager

I am working alongside a specialist subcontractor who are delivering a large scale earthworks and RC package for a valued client in South Yorkshire. My client operate across the UK delivering schemes across renewable, industrial/ commercial and infrastructure.

Project manager responsibilities:

• Overseeing full day to day site operations on the construction sites.
• Ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to specifications.
• Managing and allocating plant, labour and materials.
• Co–ordinating with subcontractors and the client.
• Communicating with stakeholders.
• Quality assurance.
• Identify and address challenges and issues that arise.

Project manager requirements:

• Right to work UK.
• CSCS.
• SMSTS.
• Strong knowledge of earthworks, muck shifting and reinforced concrete.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Proven experience working in a project managers position.
