The business development manager's role:
- You will be managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to the close.
- Influencing key leaders in the industry through innovative and thought–provoking events.
- Promoting the conferences across various platforms using excellent written and verbal communication.
- Acquiring key relevant organisations to exhibit and pitch at large–scale conferences.
- In charge of generating revenue for sponsorship and exhibition sales.
- You will report directly to the Project director.
About you:
- Ability to speak Spanish or Portuguese is required.
- You must be an individual who thrives against targets and KPIs.
- A naturally entrepreneurial mind with a knack for sales.
- A financially motivated individual who enjoys the competitive side to sales with the ability to earn up to 40% OTE based on performance.
