Head of Digital Marketing
An exciting opportunity has arisen in Uxbridge for an experienced Head of Digital Marketing to join an award winning 'Best Places to Work'. Working hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm on a hybrid basis.
As the Head of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for:
- Strategic marketing leadership that's customer led and focused on customer journeys to support business growth objectives
- Prospect marketing acquisition and marketing for customer retention
- Oversee lead generation, qualification and nurture programmes to drive sales pipeline
- Multichannel Marketing positioning and brand awareness
- LMA marketing team
- Horizon scanning to stay up to date with sector trends, technology and competition
- Cross team collaboration with sales, product and other teams to ensure marketing teams are aligned

The successful Head of People will have the following related skills/experience:
- Senior leader with extensive experience in planning, managing, and executing multi–channel, multisegment marketing campaigns
- Advanced subject matter knowledge of digital marketing
- Experience in delivering marketing messages though video, mobile platforms and social media
- Experience of managing and delivering to budget
- Proven leadership expertise demonstrating delivery of results with effective team building skills and conflict resolution management
- Highly organised and able to multi–task and manage multiple projects and competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy or efficiency
