Think Construction is working with a respected regional contractor to hire a Project Manager for their Midlands projects. This role is perfect for someone ready to lead their own jobs and take on significant responsibility.

About the Company

Our client is a well–established contractor in the Midlands, with a turnover of 200 million. They focus on projects within the education, healthcare, and commercial sectors, handling both new builds and refurbishments valued up to 10m

The Role

As a Project Manager, you'll be the lead on your own projects, overseeing all site operations from start to finish. You'll ensure that everything runs smoothly on–site, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading the management of up to three sites across the Midlands.
• Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety and Environmental regulations.
• Collaborating with the pre–construction team to address buildability, programme, and design challenges.
• Keeping projects on track, on budget, and up to the client's expectations.

What We're Looking For

We need a Project Manager who's experienced in leading projects independently, with a background in main contracting. You should be hands–on, a strong communicator, and someone who takes pride in delivering high–quality work.
