Their building business is looking to hire from the UK and they re looking to fill several positions.

Operation s Director – GBP115k to GBP140k+
Assistant Operation s Director – GBP110k to GBP120k+
Project Director – GBP95k to GBP120k
Construction Manager/Senior Site Project Manager – GBP115k to GBP140k+
Senior Project Manager – GBP90k to GBP115k
Design Manager – GBP85k to GBP115k
Planner/Scheduler – GBP70k to GBP90k

As Senior Project Manager, you will provide financial expertise, strategic guidance, project planning, project management, design/technical oversight and client liason. You will be responsible for building overall projects on paper .

You'll need experience on a range of commercial, public sector, healthcare, or industrial building projects, valued at a minimum of GBP40m+.

The way that projects in Canada are structured is a little different to what you'll have experienced in Scotland/the UK – Project Managers can come from both an operational project delivery background, or a commercial background (quantity surveying) – but we've been recruiting in Canada for over 15 years and can walk you through this in detail.
