Associate Director

A European Cost and Project Management consultancy are seeking a motivated, Associate Director (Quantity Surveyor) to lead their London, Quantity Surveying team.

The Associate Director's role

The successful Associate Director will take the lead on a high profile framework, helping to deliver projects (pre and post contract) for a government body with the support of the current Quantity Surveying team.

Alongside being hands–on with projects, the successful Associate Director will also be responsible for building and managing the quantity surveying team (in London), and targeting new business opportunities.

Role: Associate Director (Quantity Surveyor)

Location: London

Requirements: MRICS (or similar), NEC contract experience, public sector project background

Salary: 75,000 – 85,000, plus benefits and clear route to Director
