Urgent requirement for Project Directors We are urgently seeking experienced Project Directors for this tier one London based specialist fit out & heavy refurbishment business based in central London. This fantastic company have excelled in the London refurbishment market over the past 30 years, and are seeking a huge surge in demand from its blue chip client base in the vibrant city & west end market. This has created a demand for Project Directors with experience in projects in to 60m – 100m range. We are seekign candidates with experience in managing projects in the commercial and leisure sectors, able to manage projects through toe work winning stage and taking schemes out to site and leading high performing project leadership teams. You will have full control of projects from inception through to completion and be accountable for managing the projects success in terms of Health and safety, quality, stakeholder satisfaction and ultimately responsible for achievement of commercial success and repeat business.
