Rate: 400– 500 per day

About the Role:

Are you a skilled Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering high–quality fit–out projects? We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our client's team on a contract basis, working on prestigious commercial fit–out projects across Manchester. This role offers a competitive daily rate of 400– 500, reflecting the expertise and leadership required to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of fit–out projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to project scope.
• Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
• Manage and motivate project teams to deliver high–quality results on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the fit–out sector, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Excellent organizational and time–management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, capable of guiding and inspiring project teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations and construction standards.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Relevant qualifications in project management or construction management are highly desirable.
