I am currently seeking a permanent Project Manager to join my client.
Working within the fit out and refurbishment sector, covering multiple disciplines inculding commercial office, healthcare and education, they also work within MOJ and are looking for a permanent project manager who can negotiate contracts, procure subcontractors, plan construction operations & programme, source labour, materials and obtain relevant licences and permits.
Project values are between 1m– 5m in value, with multiple live and tender stage schemes at any one time and must be competent at running commercials for each scheme within programme and budget.
