BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
We have an immediate opening for a highly motivated and driven Business Development Manager with a natural flair for increasing and driving business growth You will play a crucial role within the company working from a bespoke CRM system of cold, warm and hot sales leads resulting in driving the company's growth and success.
This office–based role requires a proactive individual with confident communication skills and a passion for sales.
Salary c. 30–35K depending on experience + commission
Key responsibilities for the Business Development Manager include;
- Uncover potential opportunities from prospective clients
- Identify suitable leads
- Contact key decision makers using social selling tools and techniques
- Successfully book client meetings
- Take an accurate and full project brief from clients
- Work towards agreed key objectives, KPI's and targets
- Record relevant information onto an internal CRM, tracking every opportunity through the sales cycle
The ideal Business Development Manager will need,
- Previous office based sales, business development or appointment setting experience
- Have a professional, confident and persuasive telephone manner
- A proven ability to identify sales opportunities and generate leads
