We are seeking a proactive Health, Safety, and Environmental Business Lead to join our Health, Safety & Environmental Team on a permanent basis. This role offers an excellent opportunity for self–development within a diverse and forward–thinking team.

Description
- Have a full understanding of Health & Safety legislation and be able to drive forwards a culture that reflects legislative compliance and best practice.
- Lead a team of dedicated HS&E professionals.
- Work with contractors, senior management and external stakeholders e.g. HSE, EHO Fire Authority FSI's.
- Have a full understanding of the current CDM Regulations. and the ability to produce the relevant documentation for varied construction projects including new build and major refurbishments.
- Complete reports, accident investigations, and attend meetings involving of all levels of staff up to senior management and stakeholder.
- Manage Key Performance Indicators
Profile
- Hold a professional health and safety qualification equivalent of NEBOSH diploma level
- Hold a NEBOSH Construction Certificate
- Have a relevant CSCS Card
- Have excellent construction experience.
- Be a chartered member of IOSH (or working towards).
- Hold or working towards an environmental management qualifications (e.g. NEBOSH Environmental certificate, or equivalent)
