Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the global FP&A function, overseeing a team of professionals across various regions.
- Develop and implement the financial planning process, ensuring alignment with the company s strategic goals.
- Partner with executive leadership to drive business performance, cost management, and capital efficiency.
- Lead the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long–range planning.
- Provide in–depth analysis of financial results, key business drivers, and risks/opportunities to the executive team.
- Develop comprehensive financial models to support business decisions, mergers & acquisitions, and investment planning.
- Implement KPI and performance measurement frameworks to assess financial and operational performance across global business units.
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, providing insights into variances, trends, and recommendations for action.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across the business, providing financial guidance on new investments, growth initiatives, and market developments.
- Collaborate closely with treasury, investor relations, and operations teams to ensure a holistic view of financial strategy.
- Drive process improvement and efficiency in financial reporting, forecasting, and business analytics.
- Leverage advanced data analytics tools and technologies to enhance decision–making processes.
- ACCA, CIMA or ACA
- Experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a large, complex, and multinational organisation
- Energy/Manufacturing sector experience strongly preferred, especially in renewable energy or utility companies.
- Proven track record of driving business performance and strategic decision–making through financial insights.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities with experience working in a matrixed global environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
