I'm looking to recruit experienced Finance Business Partners who can bring both their expertise, and their lessons learned. You'll have the unique opportunity to implement best practices and continuously refine and improve once the foundation is set.

This is a remote role, but you should be open to traveling to various sites once or twice a week to collaborate closely with regional directors. Building strong relationships will be essential.

You'll need to feel confident challenging and supporting everyone, from Operations Directors to Head Office and Group leadership.

In this newly formed team, you'll play a pivotal role in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and helping the business understand the value of financial planning.
