Following recent expansion, this consultancy are now looking for a committed Director of Building Surveying to establish and lead a new team in Birmingham.

The Director of Building Surveying will be responsible for developing a team focused on the public sector, with an emphasis on project management and delivery.

The successful Director of Building Surveying will ideally have extensive experience behind them, ideally within the consultancy space.

• Previous experience within the public sector is preferred
• Ideally MRICS qualified
• Business development & team management experience is beneficial
