Commercial Property Lawyer

Are you an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer looking for a new opportunity? Our client in Cumbria is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team on a permanent basis. If you have a strong background in conveyancing and sales, this could be the perfect role for you.

About this position:

The role will involve sales, purchases, leases, and agricultural work for a wide range of clients, including charitable trusts. It will also require the development and maintenance of both new and existing client relationships, and the supervision of a trainee.

Experience in business sales and acquisitions for SME s would be welcomed.

There is also opportunity for progression to a head of department role, and further.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in commercial property law
• Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes
• Proven track record in sales within the legal sector
