Administrative Business Partner (Product) 12 month contract Remote but must be UK based

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Business Partner to join our team. This role involves providing high–level support to senior leaders, ensuring efficient operations, and fostering a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail–oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast–paced setting.

What is the Role:

Calendar Management: Efficiently manage complex calendars, making independent, business–driven scheduling decisions.

? Project Management: Spearhead leader's operational and people–related projects, leading meetings, planning, tracking progress, and fostering team's best practices.

? Meeting and Events Management: Skillfully coordinate team meetings and on–site events, encompassing agenda creation, presentation deck drafting, action item tracking, and detailed meeting notes.

? Communications: Craft clear and impactful communications for leaders, including team emails, updates, and follow–ups and oversee alias management, org charts, and Slack channels for the team.

? Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with leader's teams and cross–functional partners through innovative and engaging approaches.

? Travel & Expenses: Effectively coordinate leader's travel and ensure expense reconciliation while adhering to policies and aligning with team needs. Manage the leader's employee recognition budget and offer reward recommendations.

? Ensure all org communications channels are up to date

? Work collaboratively with other administrative business partners to ensure business needs are being met in the most efficient way possible.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 4+ years experience in administrative roles, including 2+ years supporting VP and Director–level executives.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive and self–directed, with minimal supervision needed.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, Workday, Expensify, Navan, and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • High integrity in handling confidential information.
  • Experience supporting multiple VP/Director–level executives, especially in engineering or product teams.
  • Strong emotional intelligence (EQ) and situational awareness.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, particularly in calendar management, travel, and event planning
  • Ideally you will be happy working a flexible schedule to cover US hours, up until 8pm UK time with a later morning start
