Technical Business Analyst

Role: Technical Business Analyst

Salary: Up to GBP125K

Working pattern: Hybrid– 3 days a week onsite in London.

I am currently working with a start–up who are aiming to revolutionise the insurance industry and are currently looking to bring onboard a Technical Business Analyst.

This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will play a crucial role in optimising the insurance policy administration system by analysing complex requirements and translating them into efficient workflows.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand product requirements
• Leverage your insurance knowledge to design and implement system enhancements
• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop detailed system requirements and specifications
• Work closely with development teams to ensure successful project delivery

What you'll need:

• Degree in engineering, mathematics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem–solving skills
• Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) and a bonus if you know Python, C#, or Java
• 1–5 years' experience in business analysis or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bonus points for:

• Insurance industry experience
• Experience with workflow tools and content management systems (CMS)
• Agile/Lean methodology experience
