An exciting opportunity to join a leading UK law firm as a Business Readiness & Change Manager.
Client Details
I have partnered with a market leading law firm who are looking to recruit a Business Readiness and Change Manager to join their team as they roll out a large scale system implementation.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract and will be mainly remote (with occasional travel to Manchester or Leeds for workshops and key meetings).
Description
- Develop a detailed plan to prepare the business for the new system, including communication strategies and training needs.
- Identify key stakeholders and users, and determine their training requirements.
- Create and organize a comprehensive training plan with schedules, materials, and methods.
- Design and manage a communication plan to keep everyone informed about the project, its impact, and their roles during the transition.
- Analyze the impact of the new system on existing business processes and make necessary changes.
- Assess how well the organization is prepared for the new system.
- Develop training materials, including user guides, manuals, and e–learning modules.
- Update and finalize business process documentation to reflect changes due to the new system.
- Conduct final checks and send out communications to prepare the organization for the go–live.
Profile
- Proven experience in successfully leading change initiatives.
- Strong skills in planning, managing resources, and handling risks.
- Excellent at working with and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze and align business processes with new systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for all levels of the organization.
- Experience in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs.
- Skilled in providing support after changes go live, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Passionate about driving and supporting organizational change.
- Capable of preparing detailed reports on change effectiveness and lessons learned.
Job Offer
- Potential salary range of up to 60,000
- 12 month fixed term contract
