Cognisant are working with a housebuilder with significant funding and ambitious growth plans. As such, they are looking to appoint a Finance Director to oversee the finance team, work closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team and operate as a finance business partner.
In addition, you will improve processes, procedures and reporting through COINS including cash flow forecasting, management accounts and land appraisals.

Key aspects:
- Support the Managing Director and senior leadership team in the strategic growth of the business
- Review performance against the 5 year business plan and provide improvements where appropriate
- Monitor financial performance, ensuring the finance team provide timely and accurate information
- Obtain a detailed understanding of risks and costs for new and existing sites and reviewing the potential challenges
- Management of the treasury function including banking relationships and rolling credit facility
