As an Mechanical Project Manager you will be managing multiple projects at once ranging.

Responsibilities / Experience Needed

• Oversee, manage, and coordinate the controlled and successful delivery of multiple projects.
• Visit project sites regularly to measure progress and resources required to meet programme,
• Mechanical knowledge: Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Gas & BMS
• Highly competent with Cost management
• Organizing labour
• Managing people on site
• Managing Clients
• Maintaining and building relationships with existing and new clients
• Regular onsite reviews
• Mechanically Qualified
• Full UK Driving License
• Willing to travel

As an Mechanical Project Manager you will receive: competitive salary 60,000 approx, Car Allowance, 23 Days Holiday (plus Bank Holidays), Pension.
