Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background managing industrial and commercial projects?

Join a leading construction firm specialising in delivering high–quality projects across the UK. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction of a new manufacturing facility.

This Design & Build contract approximately GBP20m, are looking for a dedicated professional to join the team and lead this exciting project to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of the project lifecycle from inception to handover, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards
• Liaise effectively with the client, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met an coordinated
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control processes
• Monitor project expenditure against budget, providing accurate financial reporting and forecasting as required

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, ideally with previous experience in managing similar projects
• Experience in industrial, commercial, warehousing projects
• Experience with projcets in value GBP10+M
• Qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field would be advantageous
