Salary: 35,000– 40,000 + Commission

Job Overview:
My client is seeking a dynamic and results–driven Business Development Manager to join their team. The role will focus on driving business growth across the South UK region, a focus on expanding their market share, building strong relationships with key clients, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long–term relationships with existing clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.
- Market Expansion: Identifying new business opportunities within the South UK region, including salons and distributors.
- Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive brand growth.
- Brand Representation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, promoting our brand and establishing a strong network.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and business development activities to management.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategies and identify new opportunities.
Qualifications: - Proven experience in a business development or sales role, ideally within the beauty or hair care industry.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Self–motivated and goal–oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel within the South UK region as required.
