Job Title: Property Lawyer / Conveyancer / Solicitor

Salary: GBP37,500 – GBP45,000 per annum

You ll manage your own diverse caseload, providing top–tier residential conveyancing services, all within a supportive, innovative environment where your growth and development is top of the list.

What You ll Do
• Lead Your Caseload: Take full ownership of a variety of conveyancing matters, from instruction to completion.
• Drive Compliance: Oversee KYC and AML processes with the backing of our expert compliance team.
• Cultivate Relationships: Build lasting connections with clients and referrers, ensuring a seamless, stress–free process for all parties.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Work alongside a talented team, sharing insights and ideas to push the boundaries of client service.
• Grow and Develop: Stay ahead of industry trends, embrace ongoing learning, and contribute to the firm s business growth.

What We re Looking For
• Experience: At least 2 years in Residential Conveyancing; unqualified but experienced candidates will also be considered.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
• Mindset: A client–first approach with a proactive, can–do attitude.
• Tech–Savvy: Comfortable with legal case management systems and ready to embrace new tools.
