Responsibilities to include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate and manage design projects from concept to completion.
- Work closely with designers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Oversee the entire design process, including concept development, design execution, and final delivery.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Ensure all design work adheres to company standards and industry best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to the design team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular project meetings to review progress and address any issues.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges in the design process.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high–quality design work on time and within budget.
- Stay up–to–date with industry trends and best practices.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve design processes and workflows.
- Manage and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during the project.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in coordinating design projects.
- Strong understanding of design principles and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in design software and tools.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.
- Experience working with clients and stakeholders.
