Job Title: Associate Payroll Director
Salary: GBP70–90,000 plus 10%

Are you a well–experienced Payroll professional with an extensive bureau background? A leading professional services firm is seeking an Associate Payroll Director to join their growing team.

- Split focus between operations excellence and department growth.
- Lead and grow the domestic and off–shore payroll delivery team.
- Manage a diverse team of payroll professionals.
- Develop new client relationships and expand existing ones.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and processes.
- Contribute to business strategy and its execution.
- Support payroll consulting projects.
- Participate in client seminars and marketing initiatives.
- Mentor and develop team members.
Ideal Candidate:
- CIPP qualified or equivalent experience.
- Excellent UK domestic and expatriate payroll knowledge.
- Experience in managing payroll operations in professional services or large bureaus.
- Strong technical and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Team player with leadership potential.
