Project Manager

One of the UK's oldest and proudest nuclear projects is looking to bring on board a Project manager that has experience in the nuclear sector and working with large teams to deliver decommissioning projects as a project manager.

• Job Title – Project Manager
• Location – Dounreay
• Contract Length – 12 months
• Pay Rate – GBP60.53 Per Hour (GBP75 per day added for subsistence)

This role will be perfect for a candidate that has been working in the UK decommissioning sector or any other highly regulated industry in the project management capacity.

Key deliverables:

• A past experience in external building fabric and maintenance of building structures
• Knowledge of new ventilation plant rooms and existing facilities
• Experience in demolishing disused buildings and replacement
• Develop construction site management strategies to ensure the project has an strong underlying plan to optimise and respond to changes quickly and effectively
• Balance projects at the same time whilst ensuring all compliance and safety are adhere too and hitting expectations on time and budget
• Create, implement and maintain integrated programme baselines and strategies for the overall construction phase works

Key Qualifications/Skills:

• CDM compliance
• Experience in construction site management
• A site management safety training scheme
• Temp works coordinator
• relevant NPORS/CITB training
