Project Manager

Starlyne Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our client a Tier 1 Main Contractor a Project Manager to work on a number of high–rise residential schemes in the Midlands area. The role involves running schemes of 60m to 100m, each requiring a unique touch in order to ensure they are completed to a high quality, within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules
• Allocate resources and manage budgets effectively
• Oversee the selection and management of subcontractors and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with building regulations and quality standards
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and designers
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality
• Required: High rise residential experience from 6 to 13 storey.
