JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently supporting a highly respected Facilities Management company in their search for a Head of Catering for a large site in Wythenshawe. The role will involve building a strong working relationship with the client and to ensure the standard of food throughout the services is achieving expectations. The role will be reporting directly to the Soft Services Manager and will have 2 direct reports.

Reporting to the Soft Services Manager, responsibilities will include:

• Build and maintain strong relationship with client
• Ensure standard of food is achieving expectations
• Achievement of budget by working collectively with the financial team
• Full compliance standards including health and safety
• Ensure high standards of client and service user satisfaction

My client is looking for someone with a strong operational background with experience in leading and developing teams.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate a previous and successful track record.

This role is offering 50,000 – 56,000 + 15% performance bonus. In addition 23 days holiday + bank holidays increasing to 26 days, 6% pension contributions and multiple other benefits.
