Brand new role for a Software SaaS scale up business who provide a range of solutions to improve the experience for online shoppers.
This business have received investment from one of the UK's leading private equity firms and are looking to hire a Sales Leader who can help them set sales strategy, win new customers as well as recruit and train the sales team.
Your role will be to lead a team of Account Executives (field sales) and Sales Development Reps (desk sales) with an immediate remit to recruit.
This is a 100% management role, you will be responsible for the team target.
The business has added 20 x new logo customers in the last year, all are UK based retailers and eCommerce customers.
To be considered for the role, we are looking for the following background:
– Sales Leader / Sales Director / VP of Sales or similar experience in a Technology business.
– Will have led teams of field and desk based sales professionals
– Will have come from a Technology sales background
– Skilled in building and coaching B2B sales teams
– Experience in achieving multi million pound team targets, selling solutions at C level in a B2B setting
– Must be Greater Manchester based, 3 days per week in a Central Manchester office
– UK resident, full driving licence and able to travel
