We are recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join a fast–growing fintech business. You'll be responsible for the growth and development of the Newcastle territory, focusing on SMEs businesses who are looking to grow.

The responsibilities of a Business Development Manager –

• Manage and develop your own territory
• Networking and prospecting through various sources including Linkedin, data sources and door to door
• Attending meetings with potential clients weekly
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Working with clients throughout the sales process and onboarding to ensure an excellent level of service

Experience needed for this Business Development Manager role –

• Previous experience within business development and sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Target driven individual
• Self–motivated with the ability to work independently
• Computer literate with using internal CRM systems
