IT Project Manager

We are recruiting for an IT Project Manager to join an established manufacturing business based in the Dudley area. The IT Project Manager will be working on the delivery of IT systems within construction and manufacturing systems working on a variety of projects from concept through to completion and maintenance.

As the IT Project Manager you will be responsible for :

Manage the design, development and support of systems

Manage the internal development team

Liaise with and manage external partners and suppliers

Produce documentation to required standards

Support the use of ISO27002 in system development/installation

Liaise with and influence users and Software/technical engineers at all levels

Project Management of systems and change management successes

Managing projects and supporting IT systems implementations

Implement processes to minimise disruptions to projects

Requirements:

3 to 4 years experience within the manufacturing industry

Experience of identifying risk, issues and dependencies

Project Management qualification (Agile, PMP or Prince 2)

Knowledge of emerging technologies, AI and Cloud Services

Experience and a good knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Exel and SAP)

SQL Database knowledge would be an advantage

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Motivated and able to work under pressure
