I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Gaydon, who are seeking a Scrum Master to join their team

Job Description

As Scrum Master, your main responsibilities are:

• To facilitate and lead teams, in transforming to Agile ways of working
• Support the team in solving difficult problems, uncovering challenges and managing relationships
• Providing leadership and oversight, on various projects of a complex nature
• Influence, motivate & support other Scrum masters, and influence PO and Stakeholders
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the products delivered

Qualifications / Skills needed

• Scrum Master certification
• Automotive experience
• Project Management
• Batchelor's Degree
• Ability to communicate & engage with individuals, within the cross functional teams
