Financial Controller

Our client is a market leading business operating in an interesting and specialist manufacturing sector. They are now seeking to appoint an experienced qualified individual to support the Finance Director in all aspects of the finance function. You will take overall responsibility for the entire month-end process for the group including full management accounts, P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow statements and supporting analysis. Also, sales and profitability analysis of customers spend and specifically costing analysis of ongoing projects and stock ledger reconciliations are part of this role. Away from the regular month-end responsibilities you will manage the existing transactional team, assist with the year-end closing and liaise with the auditors in this respect. As an individual you will be fully-qualified with excellent post-qualification experience, with an enquiring attitude and strong motivation and desire to progress. Whilst manufacturing experience is not essential the exposure to a stock/product driven business is required. This is a hybrid based role.
