Job Description

• Oversee and manage multiple residential projects from conception to completion
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
• Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise
