Job Title: Welding Project Manager

Location: Southend

Remuneration: Up to 60,000

Contract Details: Full–time, permanent, position


  • Take charge of all welding projects, overseeing and managing every stage from conception to completion.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring quality standards and safety regulations are upheld.
  • Manage a team of skilled welders, providing guidance, training, and support, to achieve project objectives.
  • Conduct regular site visits to provide on–site guidance and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop project proposals and cost estimates for potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including project files, reports, and change orders.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to provide progress updates and address any concerns or changes.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve project performance, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
