An exciting opportunity has arisen with this leading UK supplier, as they seek a highly motivated Head of Procurement & Supply Chain to lead the supply chain function, manage supplier relationships, source new suppliers, and support the sales team with product development.

You ll report directly to the COO and play an integral and crucial role as part of the senior leadership team. As Head of Procurement & Supply Chain, you ll take ownership of:

• Maintaining strong gross profit through cost reduction strategies, sourcing efficiencies, and developing own brand products.
• Managing and improving KPIs that reflect supplier and stock performance.
• Guiding, coaching, and supporting team members to achieve company goals in a positive and professional environment.
• Collaborate with committees and sector heads to drive product development and streamline offerings.
• Assist in tender bids and negotiations to secure supplier discounts and favourable terms.

The Head of Procurement & Supply Chain will be:

• Dynamic, proactive, and results–oriented with strong organisational skills.
• Possess a commitment to continuous improvement and integrity.
