My client are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their growing team.

What you'll be doing?

  • Identify new business opportunities and oversee the full sales process, from creating the opportunity through to closing.
  • Generate creative self–sourcing strategies, through to implementation.
  • Lead sales pitches via video calls – you will use your sales instincts and personality to turn a prospect into a client!
  • Prepare eye–catching proposals and presentations to pitch our services.
  • Maintain a well–organized sales pipeline and track leads, opportunities, and deals.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to ensure a win–win outcome.
  • Create sales reports and feedback to your line manager.

What you'll need:

  • You will have at least 2+ years of experience in a role focused on winning new business (experience in a lead gen or digital marketing agency is a plus).
  • Confident presenting both virtually and face–to–face with key decision makers and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable thinking on your feet and building rapport with a wide variety of characters, from different industries and backgrounds.
  • Ability to close business consistently and hit targets.
  • Excellent people and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of the digital landscape and how a marketing agency operates.
  • A proven track record of driving new business through prospecting.
  • Ability to self–source new business opportunities.
