In this interim role you will be responsible for the effective delivery, development, and management of the highest possible standard of Estates and Facilities services, support, and advice for a leading Yorkshire based housing provider.

Client Details

My client is one of the leading locally based housing providers in the Yorkshire region. They provide social housing for a large number of tenants across the entirety of the region and have over 3000 properties in their portfolio.


  • Contribute to the future direction and success of the business area through the delivery of Estates and Facilities services as a member of the assets leadership team.
  • Responsibility for the delivery of all grounds maintenance and estates services for the organisations stock, this will be done via your own internal team of maintenance staff, supervisors and also through managing external specialist contractors.
  • Line management responsibility for 3 members of staff


The successful candidate will have:

  • A proven track record in facilities management.
  • A strong record of demonstrable achievement, at management level in an organisation of comparable size in the delivery of Estates and Facilities
  • Recognised professional qualification in the field of housing services
  • Previous experience within the property services/estates team of a public sector body ideally social housing
