Senior Project Manager

An award–winning and established construction contractor are on the hunt for a driven and organised Senior Project Manager in central Manchester.

The Senior Project Manager will be working on a stunning listed building, turning the interiors into high quality workplace offices. (CAT A & B)

The Senior Project Manager s Role

With the project due to last a minimum of 12 months, the Senior Project Manager will work on a GBP35M live scheme, leading the on site team.

The Senior Project Manager will manage programmes, procurement teams, planning discharges and design teams. These schemes have a high–quality aspect to them, so an eye for detail will be required.

The successful Senior PM will join an award–winning company, and work alongside fellow Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and Design Managers.

Experience with listed buildings and/or commercial workspace would be handy.

The Senior Project Manager

• Listed Buildings / Commercial workspace experience
• Evidence of running own projects for 2+ years minimum
• Internal and Fit Out experience
• Manchester based
• Large contract handling of between GBP20m – GBP35m
• Strong programme usage (ASTA, MS)
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Looking for a permanent position
• Provide a hands–on approach.
• Excellent organisational & team management skills
• Good computer skills
