Within Financial Accounts, you will be responsible for developing and delivering financial accounting activity, which includes debt, interest, derivatives, and share–based compensation, as well as preparing comprehensive financial reports, ensuring compliance with IFRS and other statutory requirements.
Being an expert on processes within your area, you will liaise with the business to understand changes and strategy and take ownership to amend processes for accurate and timely accounting.
You will review and present divisional reporting packs for internal stakeholders, meeting required deadlines, and providing ad hoc reporting as needed, whilst improving internal efficiencies and output quality through process enhancements and collaboration with internal and external teams, with a focus on tactical and strategic use of technology for automation and digitization.

We tend to look for people with:
Proven as a Finance Manager, Management Accountant, Financial Accountant, Audit Manager, or similar.
A professional accountancy qualification (ACA; ACCA; CIMA etc.), either newly qualified or with a degree of PQE.
Fluency in additional European languages, including French, German or Dutch.
Managing key stakeholder relationships and delivering to deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The willingness to occasionally travel overseas to build relationships with colleagues in the various Opcos we support.
