Facilities Managemnet Operations Director

Our client is recruiting for a Facilities Management Operations Director nationwide across various sectors, including commercial and public inc PFI contracts. Ideally you will be based in th North West/Yorkshire regions and lead the Operations for a large portfolio of projects exceeding GBP90m + focusing on margin, business development, and growth aligned with FM goals ensuring accurate performance reporting and foster team development for regional success.

  • Salary: up to GBP110,000 + Car allowance + bonus (negotiable)

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Lead FM operations Nationwide to meet objectives and budgets
  • Support team development in line with business objectives.
  • Drive public and private sector business opportunities within the operational area.
  • Establish an effective and sustainable operating model with succession planning.
  • Identify innovative operational methods to enhance effectiveness and growth.
  • Maintain professional standards to uphold company reputation.
  • Collaborate with senior management on operational effectiveness.
  • Ensure budget and business plan achievement through robust reporting.
  • Update FM strategy, business plans, and budgets annually.
  • Identify and secure sustainable programs for customers.
  • Lead People Plan execution, focusing on team engagement and development.
  • Prepare and present board reports and attend performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
  • Collaborate on funding strategies for projects.
  • Develop and maintain business plans and budgets.


QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

  • Leadership experience in Facilities Management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Extensive experience within Facilities Operations at Director level
  • Excellent Leader and Team management
  • Experience within PFI preferred
