My client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to undertake a refurbishment project this will be based from their West Sussex office with monthly international travel. Duties:

• Checking on the progress of the project
• Commercial value works
• Working closely with the internal QS
• Ensuring the project is delivered on time and in budget
• Procuring materials
• Attending monthly client meetings
• Project Leadership
• Manage end–to–end project, from design through installation
• Lead project teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and site staff.
• Oversee Plumbing and all mechanical related installations across all sites.
• Collaborate closely with the client, ensuring project alignment with their requirements.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Uphold safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• NEC 4 contracts
• Experience of working on refurbishment projects for the MOD or government.
• SMSTS
• Proven track record of leading successful project teams
• Ability to problem–solve to meet operational targets
