Senior Project Manager/Programme Manager Building

Duration: 9 months

Role Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager/Programme Manager to oversee various building improvement works. The ideal candidate will ensure high–quality project and programme management standards across the entire project lifecycle, from initial conception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management and Delivery: Lead and manage the delivery of building improvement projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
  • Programme Management Standards: Implement and maintain high standards of project and programme management throughout the lifecycle of each project.
  • Detailed Briefs and Project Requirements: Prepare comprehensive project briefs and identify detailed project requirements across the entire programme of works.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct initial launch and engagement meetings with key internal and external project managers and officers to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Multi–disciplinary Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a multi–disciplinary team to achieve project goals.
  • Pre and Post Contract Management: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of both pre and post contract project management responsibilities, delivering these services effectively to clients.


  • Qualifications: Hold or be actively working towards a recognized Project Management Qualification.
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in public sector building projects and/or programme management across the project lifecycle.
    • Experience working within a multi–disciplinary team.
    • Demonstrated ability to prepare detailed project briefs and accurately identify project requirements.
    • Proven track record of conducting successful initial launch and engagement meetings with various stakeholders.
