Randstad CPE are working exclusively with a public funded client, recruiting for an Assistant Project Manager working within an Estates department.

The role entails project work as well as general maintenance and managing facilities across 3 sites in North Kent.

Do you have experience of being part of a Construction or FM team? Are you eager to further develop your skill set and knowledge base?

Duties:

– Assist with the planning, design and monitoring of refurbishment projects across 3 sites

– Meeting stakeholders to identify project requirements and time scales

– Communicate to external contractors of any changing needs and requirements

– Quality checking RAMS

– CDM's

– Contribute to the management and monitoring of project budgets

– Assist with releasing of the Tenders to contractors

– Support the Estates Team and report to the Project Manager

About You:

– Customer focused with a 'Can do' attitude

– Reliable

– Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations

– Experience of working to tight deadlines

– Proactive and able to work on own initiative

– Able to undertake a physical/ active role

– Willing to undertake off site travel

Requirements:

– Driving Licence and own vehicle

– Ideally professional or a Trade qualification
