Job Title: Project Manager Architectural Glazing

Location: Leicester

Salary: GBP40k GBP50k

Hours of Work: 40 Hours Monday Friday

Type: Permanent

Start Date: Immediately (flexible for notice periods)

We are hiring a Project Manager to work with a well–established, architectural glazing contractor in Leicester.

Duties of a Project Manager

• Supervision of design
• Effective management of Projects from receipt of order to completion
• Effective liaison with all stakeholders
• Periodic reporting
• Oversight of site activities
• Manage resources efficiently
• Supervision of Health & Safety including risk assessments and method statements
• Quality Management
• Sign off and completion certificates

It is essential or preferrable that you have the following experience, qualifications or skills;

• SMSTS
• CSCS Black or Gold Card
• Experience within the construction market
• Specific experience and competence in the facades sector
• Experience of Commercial Glazing
• Strong IT, and in particular use of spreadsheets and excel formulas
• Demonstrable track record of delivery
• Attention to detail, communication skills and ability to influence
