Project / Package Manager role to oversee the Sub and Superstructure packages (I.e. Groundworks and Frames). These packages are worth 25M. The project is the European Weather Centre in Reading which is part offices part conference rooms – somewhere for Government officials to meet. This project is due on site in November 2024, however the business are looking to bring this individual into the business now to get involved with the Design and Procurement teams and will based in their Moorgate office until November.
The structure of the projet is – 1 Operations Director (Project Director), their No.2 – Associate Director (Project Lead) and then 2 PM's underneath – 1 to oversee the Sub and Super Structure packages (this role) and another PM to oversee the Fit Out.
